1. Services Provided
Ozzie Allrounder offers professional glass scratch removal, water spot removal, gutter cleaning, and mowing services. All services are carried out with care and expertise, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All payments must be made upfront before the service is carried out.
- Booking a service does not guarantee availability on a specific day; we will confirm your appointment based on scheduling.
3. Mowing Terms & Conditions
- Pet Waste Removal: We do not mow lawns with dog or animal waste present. If waste is found upon arrival, the service will be canceled, or an additional fee of $20 will apply for removal before mowing.
- Pre-Mow Preparation: The customer is responsible for removing toys, furniture, or other obstacles before mowing. If we need to clear the area, an additional charge will apply.
- Overgrown Lawns: If a lawn is overgrown beyond normal maintenance levels, an additional charge may apply, or we may provide an onsite quote before proceeding.
4. Gutter Cleaning Terms & Conditions
- Service Accessibility: We only service properties up to two storeys high and those accessible with our vacuum cleaning system.
- Gutter Condition: Heavily clogged gutters or excessive debris may require additional time and charges.
5. Weather Policy
- All services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of rain, storms, or unsafe conditions.
- We do not mow lawns or clean gutters in the rain for safety and quality reasons.
- If a service is canceled due to weather, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
6. Liability & Damages
- Ozzie Allrounder accepts no liability for any damage to property, lawns, or surrounding areas resulting from the completion of our services.
- While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, weak structures, or hidden obstructions (e.g., underground irrigation, unsecured items, fragile fixtures).
- Customers should notify us of any potential risks before the service begins.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid forfeiting payment.
- If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., locked gates, pet waste, unsafe conditions), a call-out fee may apply.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal details collected through our website or bookings will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Ozzie Allrounder reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
